6. Zomsa+ Subscription

Tibet Zomsa offers a premium subscription (Zomsa+) with additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tibet Zomsa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for the actions or content of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tibet Zomsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services.
